I am starting this page to talk about Targeted Individuals and the Electronic Harassment and Gangstalking they face. Whether it be a person with an ELF radio, microwave, a defense contractor, or the Federal Government, I am here to provide you with information on all of it.
I think a lot of gangstalking and voice-to-skull cases are simply someone being stalked by a small group of people who do not like them and/or are jealous of them.
